RT Property services believes in providing a high quality service as a small family run property maintenance service we believe in maintaining excellent standards
Having worked within this field for over 20 years we have had the opportunity to undertake varying maintenance jobs varying from the larger renovation projects to the smaller projects.
One of the most important aspects of our work entails ensuring that agreed work start to end is as agreed and regular checks and updates are completed throughout the term of the project to again ensure we are on track and ensure the high standard is maintained. Being able to have update meetings on the larger projects becomes a priority where we can discuss what is working and where any adaptations may be required.

"Rick is a very trustworthy and reliable builder/ landscaper/ Handyman. I moved into my new home and had a very basic garden that I didn't feel like I was getting much use out of. Given it was approaching summer I contacted Rick who then put together drawing plans of the garden. Rick had suggested features that I thought would not be possible given the size of the garden. Now that the work has been completed I really see the garden as an additional reception room for my house and love to use it for socialising with friends and family.
